Last year I learned about the summer movie programs that many local theaters have here in Atlanta a little too late, and there was only one week left of the program. I took my kids to their very first movie in a movie theater, and it only cost $3! We were able to see a morning showing of Sing, and it was raining outside, so it was the perfect day for it! This year I am more prepared, and have made a small list of the theaters who have discounted showings of kids movies during summer break. I wanted to share it with all my fellow Atlanta parents who are looking for some different activities to do with their kids!
1. Movies 400 – Cumming, Ga – $4.50 include admission, small drink, and popcorn. Discounted to $2.50 when you bring in canned goods to donate. For showtimes, and more information please see here.
2. AMC theaters – Summer Movie Camp – $4 plus tax for admission and a kidspack. Please see here to view showtimes, and find a theater local to you.
3. Regal theaters – Summer Movie Express – $1 admission. Please see here for a theater near you, and showtimes.
5. Studio Movie Grill – Marietta, Holcomb Bridge, and Duluth – $1 admission. Please see here for showtimes at your local theater.
I hope you find this helpful, and can beat the heat at a movie or two this summer!
Thanks for stopping by!
